Your Dream Job: Home Stager/Designer

You'll be the style guru behind our gorgeous transformations. From property walkthroughs to staging installs, you'll lead the charge in making spaces shine.



We are seeking a full-time Design Consultant with exceptional marketing and communication skills. Experience in Residential Design/Staging is particularly applicable. This individual must be able to multitask and must love a job where every day is different. Our ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

--- Stay current on the latest design trends including decorating techniques, new materials, innovative tools and sustainability issues and implement them into every design project

--- Work with project management team to coordinate construction/design project to deliver on time and on budget that meets/exceeds client expectations
--- Aid in the marketing of homes by developing flyers and brochures that highlight specific features and help ensure quick sales

--- Schedule and attend photo shoots to help ensure eye-appealing photos

--- Consult with clients to determine the best staging design to help ensure quick sale of the property
--- Visit homes + dream up beautiful staging designs
--- Lead the install team during staging & de-staging
--- Keep track of stylish furniture + chic decor (inventory pros, we see you!)
--- Drive cargo vans + box trucks like a boss

Qualifications:

--- Effective time management and organizational skills

--- 2+ years of Interior Design experience required; Degree/license in Interior Design preferred
--- Well informed on affordable and functional furniture systems and finishes

--- Exceptional listening and communicating skills

--- A natural leader + team player
--- Organized, detail-oriented, and creatively brilliant
--- Comfortable with physical work and moving furniture
--- Flexible, reliable, and passionate about great design
