In April 2024, Global Refuge, in partnership with the Department of State's Bureau for Populations, Refugees, and Migration, will launch a new virtual case management program, the Virtual Reception & Placement (VR&P) program. This program will provide case management services to refugees and Special Immigrant Visa holders for the first 90 days after their arrival, providing Reception & Placement (R&P) services, virtually. Reporting to the Director for Programs, the Associate Director provides programmatic management and leadership to a team responsible for the overall implementation, oversight, and quality of direct VR&P programming.
