As a Senior Finance Manager supporting the US Integrated Risk Management division, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing financial processes, providing strategic financial insights, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Reporting to the Director of Finance, and working closely with the Managing Director of the division and Crisis24 SVP of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting within the division. This will be a hybrid role at our Annapolis, MD office. What You Will Work On - Manage a team of finance and accounting professionals
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and administration processes
- Bank and cash management, including managing and forecasting cash-flow, approving payments and liaising with bank when necessary
- Collaborate with business units to develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
- Assist in monthly close process and deliverables and provide detailed budget deviation analysis
- Prepare and present monthly financial performance metrics to SVP finance and Managing Director
- Support key business decisions by providing financial analysis and modeling
- Provide recommendations for improving financial performance, accuracy and efficiency
- Play a role as a key business partner and supporting needs of sales and account management teams
- Verify entries into CRM (Salesforce) to allow for accurate reporting
- Manage administration function, involving ensuring a safe, productive and orderly business environment
