This position will be located at our Headquarters location in Salisbury, MD and will report directly to the EVP and CHRO of Perdue Farms. This position will be the primary Human Resources Business Partner to the Foods Chief Commercial Officer, senior leader direct reports within the Commercial organization and their teams. It is responsible for working with leaders within client groups to develop and implement human resource strategies to achieve near and long-term business objectives as the Foods business and

MBA is preferred.The ideal candidate will have:A combination of experiences within the CPG, Foods, Protein/poultry or complimentary industries.Demonstrated experience in supporting a variety of client groups, including Commercial organizations in the past.
