Job Description

Responsibilities include, day-to day maintenance and minor repairs for the property, common areas and other facilities, including performance of community maintenance work. Work should be performed independently. General supervision is provided by the Community Manager. Full time.

Shifts:

• Offseason: October to May: Monday through Friday (no weekends), 7:30am - 4pm
• During season: May - September (weekends included), 7:30am - 4pm
  
  • Work 5 days a week, including weekends, with 2 consecutive days off
  • On-call:
    
    • once every 4 weeks, nights, weekends and holidaysDaily responsibilities:
      • Perform general maintenance for beach front property
      • Report to On-Site Manager and/or Assistant Manager
      • Work on a team of 3 Maintenance techs onsite
      • Perform routine water testing
      • Patch leaks, repair leaks, minor drywall repair
      • Walk property and notify Onsite Manager of maintenance concerns
      • Winterize property and perform seasonal maintenance
      • Treat homeowners, visitors and co-workers with a high degree of customer service
      • Reliable worker who the team can count on
      • Works proactively and efficiently, takes pride in their work, and completes high quality of work in a timely mannerRequirements
        • High School graduate or equivalent.
        • Ability to prioritize daily assignments and work order requests.
        • Ability to exercise sound judgment in emergency situations.
        • Ability to work tactfully and respectfully with co-workers, homeowners and with general public.
        • Team oriented, service minded, and efficient in complete maintenance tasks as required
