We are seeking compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to support our mission, helping to enhance patient outcomes and overall care experience in a collaborative environment. Schedule Full-time Monday – Friday 9am – 5 pm no call no weekends Compensation & Benefits: $120,000 - $200,000 potential. Full benefits package Requirements: · Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of New Hampshire · National certification as a Family or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant · Experience in geriatrics, primary care, or assisted living settings is preferred · Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and facility staff · Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize patient care needs Why Join Us?
