Job Description Job Summary: Responsibilities: - Prepare medication for the restocking of Pyxis medication stations - Prepare IV medications, IV admixture, and parenteral nutrition solutions using professional standards for aseptic technique - Prepare chemotherapeutic agents using specialized procedures and equipment using professional standards and aseptic techniques Education and Requirements: - High-School Diploma or GED required - Previous experience preferred - License/Certification within one year of hire required - Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills required - Commitment to the mission and values of Covenant Health Covenant Health Mission Statement We are a Catholic health ministry, providing healing and care for the whole person, in service to all in our communities.
