Gifted Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel or Local Telemetry Registered Nurse (Tele RN) for a position in Hammond, Louisiana. This opportunity will allow you to work in a dynamic environment with a team committed to excellence in patient care. You will monitor patients' vital signs, manage data from medical equipment to help in patient assessment, and provide detailed patient care in our state-of-the-art facilities. Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical information. Operate and analyze data from telemetry and other medical equipment. Assist physicians in implementing healthcare plans and monitoring progress. Administer medications as prescribed and observe reactions. Document all patient interactions and interventions in patient records. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health maintenance.
