Monitor patient vitals and report significant changes to the clinical team. Administer medications as prescribed and observe responses. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to a diverse group of patients. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan, manage, and assess patient treatments. Prepare patients and families for home care and self-management of conditions. Strong clinical skills in telemetry and patient monitoring. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
