As a leading member of our customer service team, the Automotive Service Advisor at Hudson Automotive’s Nissan Dealership serves as the liaison between our clients and the service department. Your role will focus on advising customers on the necessary service for their vehicles based on the diagnosis and helping guide them through the process with clarity and a high level of professionalism. This position requires an individual who thrives on customer interaction, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has a deep knowledge of automotive service processes and terminology. Greet customers and provide a thorough consultation about the required and suggested service options based on the vehicle’s needs and customer preferences. Work closely with service technicians to accurately communicate vehicle issues and service timelines to customers. Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction. Keep detailed records of service orders and transactions. Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle and ensure they are updated throughout the service process. Advocate customer needs to service staff and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
