This position calls for someone who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and drive our service success. Greet customers and assist them with inquiries and booking service appointments. Translate customer-reported issues to actionable work orders for technicians. Provide accurate estimates for vehicle repairs or services needed. Monitor service progress and keep customers informed of status. Process service payments and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete. Upsell additional services by conveying value and benefits. Coordinate with parts department to procure necessary components. Handle customer concerns and ensure resolution to their satisfaction.
