You will work closely with technicians to oversee service accuracy and client satisfaction, benefiting from competitive manufacturer incentives and bonuses. Greet customers and establish their service needs through detailed consultations. Explain complex automotive issues to customers in an understandable way. Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and benefits. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work. Document services and interactions accurately in the management system. Follow up with customers on the service experience and their vehicle’s status. Manage customer expectations and resolve any issues with courtesy and professionalism.
