Present and explain vehicle features, specifications, and capabilities to potential buyers. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives while providing detailed information and answering customer queries. Negotiate sales prices, terms of sale, and trade-in details. Complete sales documentation and contracts accurately and timely. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay informed about new products, features, accessories, and the benefits of using our services. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent customer service and negotiation abilities. Proven sales aptitude and closing ability. Basic knowledge of auto financing and insurance procedures.
