Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records of patient care management. Implement and innovate patient management plans, including assessments, evaluations, and nursing diagnoses. Assist in the holistic care of patients including diagnostic testing, medical procedures, and other recovery activities. Instruct individuals, families, or other groups on topics such as health education, disease prevention, and develop health improvement programs. Profound ability to provide advanced nursing care in high-pressure settings. Excellent teamwork and multi-disciplinary collaboration abilities. Strong organizational and communication skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Louisiana.
