Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a MedSurg unit. Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Administer medications, monitor and record patient conditions, and report any changes to the attending physician. Educate patients and their families on illness and injury prevention. Strong clinical skills in a medical-surgical setting. Ability to operate medical equipment. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
