The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intensive care nursing, excellent patient care skills, and a passion for helping patients in their most critical times. Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records. Interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's condition. Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patient's responses and conditions. Direct and supervise less skilled nursing or healthcare personnel or supervise a particular unit on one shift. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
