Lead the anesthesia care team in delivering patient-focused care during preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases. Educate patients and families about anesthesia procedures and address any concerns they might have. Stay updated on advancements in anesthesiology and incorporate best practices into patient care. Proficient in various anesthesia techniques and pain management. Strong decision-making skills and ability to react in emergencies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
