This position answers technical queries and addresses system issues, ensuring optimal performance and assisting Drax in meeting its strategic objectives. Provide first-line support to internal users, helping them resolve hardware and software issues. Monitor and manage help desk tickets, responding promptly to service disruptions or requests. Assist in maintaining IT documentation and manage logging systems. Support the implementation of new software and hardware. Collaborate with IT team members on various projects. Conduct regular system audits and software updates to ensure technology efficacy.
