This position plays a crucial role in supporting our innovative IT infrastructure that aids in achieving a zero-carbon, cost-effective energy future. The IT Service Desk Analyst will be at the forefront of handling technical inquiries, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing to our continuous improvement in IT services to support both internal stakeholders and external clients. Provide first and second-line support for all IT-related queries. Record, track, and document the service desk request problem-solving process. Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems. Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software. Follow-up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues. Prepare activity reports and update the knowledge base. Assist in the configuration and deployment of new IT equipment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in IT and network support. Experience with help desk software and remote support tools. Knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products. Ability to communicate effectively in high-pressure situations.
