This role is pivotal in maintaining our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, ensuring smooth operations and effective management of staff. The Assistant Manager will work closely under the direction of the Store Manager to foster a welcoming atmosphere for all customers and ensure that the store meets its sales targets. Your leadership will help maintain the store's reputation as a premier travel stop, meeting the diverse needs of professional truck drivers and the general public alike. Supervise daily store operations and manage store associates. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Assist in the recruitment and training of store staff.
