Challenging career position for legal secretary with loan closing and title experience. Growing, aggressive, fast-paced law firm. Successful candidate will be independent and able to take charge in creating ALL loan documents for closing and actually close the loan; LA Notary preferred as a PLUS, but not required; understand and review title abstracts; handle all financial aspects of closings; prepare checks, understand title insurance and write title policies and opinions; work with bankers, mortgage lenders, realtors, and office clients by phone, e-mail, fax and in person.
