Position Type: Contract (16 weeks) Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week Key Responsibilities: Deliver attentive, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill neonates in the NICU Monitor patients conditions and communicate changes effectively to the care team Utilize EPIC for accurate and timely patient charting and documentation Adhere to unit protocols and maintain compliance with standard nursing practices Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Required Qualifications and Experience: Active and clear RN license Minimum of 2 years experience as an NICU Registered Nurse Current certifications in BLS, PALS, and NRP Proficient with EPIC electronic health records Ability to wear any color scrubs, fostering a comfortable dress code environment This contract position suits RNs looking to apply their specialized NICU skills in a fast-paced and impactful setting.
