Description:
In this position, we need a MD with a Kentucky medical license needed to do assessments on patients in KY. We have a need for someone that can work Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. We provide an office, staff, forms, brief training and malpractice insurance. All dates are scheduled a month in advance and can vary month to month depending on your schedule. Compensation would range is $1000+ per day. We also provide an Electronic Medical Records system so there is no need to dictate. You would not be required to treat or prescribe any medication and individuals are only seen once. Experience assessing VA Patients would be a plus.

Requirements:
---Clean State license
---Minimum of 1 year of experience.
---Experience performing VA medical exams would be a plus.

Shift Hours: 8am-5pm
Shift Days Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays

Payrate: $1000+ per day worked
