Hussey Copper, a leading manufacturer of high-quality copper and copper-nickel alloys, is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team in Eminence, KY.

If you have a bachelor's in industrial, mechanical, or process engineering,

and 3+ years in quality or process improvement, this is the position for you!

  • Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing processes and tools.
  • Analyze current processes to identify areas of improvement.
  • Develop and execute process improvement plans.
  • Monitor process performance metrics to ensure continuous process improvement.
  • Work with other departments to ensure successful implementation of new processes.
  • Create detailed documentation for all new or modified processes.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety standards.
  • Deep experience with Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen Facilitation (5S, Std Work, SMED, TPM)
  • Deep experience with Managing for Daily Improvement (MDI, aka Lean Manufacturing Visual Daily Management or KPI Boards)
  • Deep experience with Project Management Office (PMO, aka more complicated Productivity/OEE Improvement projects)
  • Automotive Industry (or similar) Quality Systems experience a plus; APQP, PFMEA, Corrective & Preventive Actions, Control Plans, etc.
