Seeking 2-5 -years Bankruptcy Attorney -in Louisville, KY -at a well-established law firm.This great opportunity is for a Family Law Associate Attorney who is ready to dive headfirst into a rewarding career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment! -Responsibilities:

• Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and motions on all cases as needed
• Review documents and conduct discovery with superior attention to detail
• Conduct legal research on complex procedural and substantive issues
• Prepare for and attend motions, conferences, hearings
• Manage cases from inception to resolution -
• Build relationships with clients
• Participate in networking and business development activitiesThe Ideal Candidate:
  • Must to be able to handle a file from start to finish-
  • 2-5 years Bankruptcy and Transactional associate
  • Admission to Kentucky Bar- -(Must have)
  • Experience in litigation and/or clientele development
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Westlaw, and LexisNexis
  • Strong academic and employment credentials
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
