This position serves as advanced training for consideration for a management role. Your contributions are vital in upholding the quality of claim services, ensuring client satisfaction, and compliance with our Corporate Claim Standards.Responsibilities:What You'll Do:Investigate, evaluate, and adjust assigned claims in accordance with established claim handling standards and laws.Oversee reserves for designated claims within authority levels.Negotiate disputed bills or invoices for resolution.Authorize and make claim payments in accordance with industry standards.Assist in selecting, referring, and supervising designated claim files sent to outside vendors.Handle litigated and complex claims directly.Provide education, training, and assistance to develop claim staff.Maintain a personal diary on the claim system.Qualifications:What We're Looking For:Excellent oral and written communication skills.Initiative to set and achieve performance goals.Analytical and negotiation skills.Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.Flexibility, accuracy, and initiative.Discretion and confidentiality.Reliable attendance within client service hours.Responsive to internal and external client needs.Requirements:10+ years of claim experience.Three years of supervisory experience (preferred).Computer Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:Adjuster's license is preferredAIC, CPCU, or ARM preferred.Why Choose CCMSI:At CCMSI, we uphold our Core Values & Principles, emphasizing integrity, client focus, enthusiasm, innovation, and continuous improvement.
