The Slitter is responsible for taking master label rolls from the Rewind Feeder and transforms rolls into specific customer order rolls ready for shipping.Why work at MCC:

Sets up rewind machine to cut and rewind specific counts per customer orderRuns orders, fills out core labels to identify order, and stacks orders on cartsKeeps orders separated by size, city, UPC or plant numbersChecks rolls while running for misprinting; report error to pressman and supervisorCuts out "bad" labels on rolls and splices rollsDirects errors to rework areaRotates through rework area to rework "bad" rollsClean rewind machine or turret machine as neededPerforms miscellaneous duties as assignedOperate turret machineDuties may change or additional duties assignedDiversity & Inclusion:MCC fosters an inclusive culture that respects and embraces our teammates' diverse backgrounds and experiences, so that everyone can achieve their full potential here.
