We are currently seeking an experienced Operations/Manufacturing Manager to lead our Aseptic Beverage Facility located in Southern Wisconsin. As an Operations/Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our production facility, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining strict quality control standards. This is a critical leadership role that requires strong operational expertise, excellent people management skills, and a proven track record of success in the food and beverage industry.Great relocation package to the area!Responsibilities:Provide strategic leadership and direction to the entire plant operation, overseeing all aspects of production, quality, safety, maintenance, and personnel management.Develop and implement production plans, budgets, and strategies to achieve operational targets, including production volumes, cost control, and quality standards.Lead and mentor a diverse team of production supervisors, operators, and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and safety.Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and industry standards.Drive process improvements and optimization initiatives to increase operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall plant performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, engineering, maintenance, and supply chain, to ensure smooth operations and timely production schedules.Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders, and proactively address any production-related issues or concerns.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, providing regular updates on plant performance, risks, and opportunities.Requirements/Skills:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
