What you'll do:
As a Manager, People Development Nursing, you will oversee nursing educational programs, including the RN Residency Program, RN Fellowship Program, Student Nurse Extern Program, High School Scholars Program, and other apprenticeship programs. You will develop and implement these programs to enhance career opportunities within the organization. Additionally, you will cultivate relationships with faculty, healthcare systems, associations, and professional societies.

Responsibilities:

Develop and lead enterprise strategy for nursing career path development.
Conduct implementation calls and meetings.
Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to create resources.
Track and report program progress to Lifepoint leadership.
Establish and maintain relationships with hospital leaders.
Create a Preceptor Center of Excellence for Career Path Programs.
Organize and facilitate Lifepoint Registered Apprenticeship Advisory Council (RAAC).
Collaborate with leadership and teams to advance clinical profession, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and develop clinical learning modules.

What you'll need:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Experience: -Minimum 2 years' related experience in acute care facility in an education role
