What You ll Do- Provide adult hematology/oncology care in a primarily outpatient practice
- Manage a patient mix of approximately 70% oncology / 30% hematology
- Evaluate patients through clinic visits and new consults (approx. 2 3 new consults/day)
- Support an overall average patient census of about 22 patients/day
- Use EPIC EMR for documentation and clinical workflow
- Contribute to both clinical continuity and care coordination across clinic and limited hospital coverage (approx. 95% clinic / 5% hospital)
What You Need

- Physician with Hematology/Oncology training/credentialing (specific requirements not listed)
