Role Description Transforming Life Counseling Center (TLCC) has both full and part-time contract therapist positions open for mental health therapists and licensed psychologists seeking the flexibility of private practice with a supportive team environment. As a contract therapist in private practice, you will have the option to provide individual, couples, group, and family therapy to clients experiencing a range of mental health issues. In this role, you will create and maintain your client records while also having the ability to communicate and connect with other members of the TLCC team. With TLCC, you have the flexibility of working for yourself while also being a member of a group of therapists with similar interests and beliefs. Responsibilities Managing personal private practice Billing Scheduling Maintenance of Personal Electronic Health Records Maintaining Professional Licensure Acquiring Professional Liability Insurance Qualifications Graduate degree in counseling or a related field Mental Health License in the state of Oklahoma (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LADC,LADC-MH and Licensed Psychologists') Minimum of 2 years of experience providing counseling or therapy services Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with other team members Aspects of the Work Environment Flexible schedule CEU opportunities High-speed internet Conference/group room Play therapy room equipped with two-sided mirror Conference room for meetings and groups with tv/ monitor Advertising through website and other marketing Fully furnished upscale offices Large referral base to support a full caseload Collaborative and supportive work environment Building occupied by therapists only to support confidentiality.
