We are currently seeking skilled CDL-A Truck Drivers who are passionate about driving and possess a strong commitment to safety and customer service. As a CDL-A Truck Driver with Hogan1, you'll play an integral role in continuing our tradition of transportation excellence, helping us move goods efficiently across the country. Safely operate a tractor-trailer/truck to transport goods and materials over long distances. Plan routes and meet delivery schedules, complying with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures. Manage loading and unloading of cargo, ensure correct counts, and inspect goods to validate compliance with standards and regulations. Use on-board LOG systems to document travel and rest periods to remain compliant with state and federal regulations. Report defects, accidents, or violations of cargo and driving to management in a timely manner. Maintain vehicle in proper condition by performing regular checks and routine maintenance as required. Ensure complete communication with the logistics team to update on progress and any immediate issues. Proven work experience as a truck driver with a safe driving record. Hands-on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB, etc.). Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly. Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations. Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc.).
