Our client, manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Machine Operators Location: Parsons, KS Pay Range: From $16.20 an hour Shift: What's the Job? Operate assigned machinery such as resistance welding machines, brake presses, and mechanical power presses. Complete operator maintenance programs (OMP) for assigned machines within the first ninety (90) days of employment. Use saws, drills, and grinders to support manufacturing processes. Consistently meet production requirements and quality standards. Identify and correct unsafe or defective products to ensure safety and quality. What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED preferred. 2-5 years of related manufacturing or machine operation experience. Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently. Basic math skills and familiarity with tape measure use. Ability to read and understand safety operating procedures and use required PPE at all times. What's in it for me?
