We are looking for a Commercial Paint Field expert join a well-established and tight-knit Commercial Painting Company! This individual will keep projects organized, teams on track, and customers happy. In this role, you’ll play a key part in making sure every commercial project runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities Work with our Production Manager, sales team, customers, and project software to gather all the details we need to start a job Double-check project plans, specs, and proposals to make sure they match the current scope of work Review job documents to spot any special requirements — like safety rules, special equipment, or adjusted work hours Scheduling & Equipment Coordination CRM Management Supporting Projects in Progress Schedule and lead regular performance reviews for field managers and crew members. Work with HR and our Safety team to handle any jobsite safety issues or personnel concerns.
