Hutchinson, KS - Full-Time - Onsite working for Seat King at the Hutchinson Correctional Facility

  • Train and coach employees, building a high-performance and values-aligned team - - - -
  • Supervise and coordinate production of seating products across multiple industries - - - -
  • Lead production in accordance with ISO9001 and Department of Corrections protocols - - - -
  • Adjust schedules, materials, and manpower to meet daily and weekly production targets - - - -
  • Ensure on-time delivery, quality standards, and efficiency benchmarks are achieved - - - -
  • Analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement changes - - - -
  • Collaborate with engineering, customer service, and sales to align production priorities
    
    
    
    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or GED required - - - -
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred - - - -
    • 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required - - - -
    • Strong working knowledge of ISO9001 standards or similar standards, safety protocols, and production systems - - - -
    • Effective communicator and problem solver with a strong servant leadership mindset
