• Gain Hands-On Experience: Work side-by-side with our seasoned technician mentors, gaining invaluable hands-on experience.
• Learn the Basics: Develop a foundational understanding of how diesel systems function, essential procedures, processes, and safety protocols.
• Dealer-Specific Training: Access exclusive dealer-specific training programs to elevate your skills.
• Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations. We're looking for driven individuals who share our passion for excellence. The ideal candidate will:
  • Get the Education: This internship is tailored for individuals currently enrolled in or aspiring to enter a diesel technician certificate or degree program.
  • Exhibit Excellent Attendance and Punctuality: Show commitment both in the classroom and during the internship.
  • Aspire to Build a Secure Future: See a long-term career path as a technician in the diesel industry. While previous mechanical experience is a plus, we value the following qualities:
    • Proven Work Ethic: A demonstrated strong work ethic.
    • Drive to Excel: A genuine passion for troubleshooting and a dedication to continual learning.
