Job Overview **THIS IS NOT A REMOTE ROLE As an Inside Sales Representative in the T-Mobile for Business Channel, you will play a crucial role in marketing our company's portfolio of business products and services to existing customers. This is a true hunter role! We're looking for driven, persistent, and outstanding sales professionals to bring our products and services to underserved customers. Your primary focus will be mining and growing existing accounts. Through account management and solutions-based selling, you will analyze customer needs to identify and customize wireless voice and data products and services to maintain and expand accounts. This role is responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales quota objectives by successfully growing accounts within an assigned account base. You will be accountable for a high volume of activity, including customer calls, emails, appointments, and funnel management, as part of your assigned accounts. Job Responsibilities: - Conduct daily customer communication and follow-ups using various tools, including outbound/inbound phone calls, emails, and online meetings/appointments.
- Perform research to understand customers' unique needs, key contacts, and potential business opportunities. Use research to tailor product/service messaging to meet individual customer needs.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initiating the initial call and presenting a proposal to finalizing an order for each customer interaction.
- Attend all required product and service training to develop an in-depth knowledge of T-Mobile products and services, including their features and benefits.
Education: - High School Diploma (Required)
Work Experience: - 2 years of experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position (Required)
- 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, and/or retention (Preferred)
