We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and results-driven Senior Commercial Marketing Manager passionate about identifying and implementing initiatives that gain incremental service revenue and reduce revenue leakage across the consumer line of business. This involves a deep understanding of our rate plans and fee constructs, regulatory requirements and customer experience standards. The successful candidate is a strategic problem solver with strong eye for business and a demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally to get results. In this role, you will analyze revenue line items, customer experiences, technical capabilities, processes, and competitive positioning as well as work with partners across the organization to identify significant opportunities. You will then work with all of these partners to shape and implement these opportunities. If you are passionate about solving business problems and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd be thrilled to meet you Essential Functions - Reviews, analyzes and optimizes individual service revenue line items, including rate plans, fees and valuable services.
- In collaboration with other key analytics teams, drives detailed financial analysis to identify revenue leakage and/or revenue accretive opportunities.
- Collaborates with the Financial Planning and Analysis team to understand revenue forecasts and identify initiatives to close revenue gaps or improve consumer experiences as necessary.
- Monitors the revenue compliance across key operating teams across the organization, and primarily in Retail and Customer Care.
- Champions and implements initiatives to improve revenue, with consensus from key collaborators.
- Leads initiative performance including tracking of results & prioritization.
