We're part of a growing network of communities managed and developed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states-and growing. -We are hiring Servers who are responsible for serving residents and guest meals in a friendly, service-oriented manner. The server records and inputs into the POS system beverage and food orders, delivers and serves food, ensures exceptional guest service. This position requires the ability to multi task with a sense of urgency. Assignments can include Serving, Busser, Runner, Meal Plater, Catering, Meal Preparation, and Utility. Bartending or serving alcoholic beverages may be included.Compensation: $12.00 - $19.00 per hour based upon experienceBistro Shift: Tues - Fri 11:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. & Sat 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.How you will make an Impact: -

• Ensure a smooth and timely experience for all guests
• Become a subject matter expert on menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
• Serve drinks and food to guests.
• Inform guests of daily specials, making recommendations if applicable
• Greet guests promptly as they arrive at their table -
• Record accurate food & beverage orders and input them into the POS systemWhat we offer: -
