Reporting to the Sr Manager/Manager, Supplier Management, the Supplier Management Sr Analyst will work within the Source to Pay (STP) team to initially assist in implementing new areas within the Finance, Procurement & Supply Chain (FP&SC) Magenta Services group to develop continuous process improvements, procedure documentation, and reports to achieve industry best practices. This objective of this position is to provide a framework to manage and deploy suppliers and supplier relationships. To manage the supplier relationship to deliver the best value to T-Mobile, develop and improve metrics to drive improved performance and productivity, and strengthen the overall business relationship. This position will play an integral role and be responsible for: * Managing and controlling T-Mobile's spend through strategic sourcing, supplier and spend management activities. * supporting the set up of contracts and customers in eCore, STS, and SAP. * Owning and driving strategic sourcing initiatives including Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Quotations (RFQ) and Requests for Information (RFI). * Helping to drive T-Mobile's strategic direction within certain categories of spend. * Executing on quality control for third party supplier performance. * Providing and/or creating supplier benchmarking, competitive analysis, creation of a supplier scorecard and acting in a supportive role within the strategic supplier quarterly business reviews. * Playing a significant role in increasing the deal velocity of the organization (i.e. throughput of negotiations and contracts) while also delivering on spend control initiatives (i.e. executing of purchase orders and other control mechanisms). This role contributes to driving a culture of spending discipline for strategic suppliers/ categories via the employment of efficient, effective and best in class contract management, negotiation, and supplier management practices.Job Responsibilities: - Facilitate discussions for new business opportunities designed to increase and strengthen our partnerships.
- Work with leadership to help resolve areas of improvement on service reliability, cost savings and quality improvement.
- Identify and propose alternative solutions to upper management regarding service delivery / operating issues.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors to align and manage expectations of service delivery / reliability.
- Lead and serve as communications point and escalation path to resolve vendor delivery / reliability issues.
- Coordinate activities/ communications between internal teams and vendors.
- Conduct vendor evaluations / business reviews for compliance, effectiveness and performance and identify areas of improvement for cross functional teams.
- Scheduling and facilitating business reviews with suppliers. Develop Vendor Scorecards. Additionally, provide reporting of scorecards; including vendor performance, trends. Drive accountability, from both T-Mobile and vendors in regards to implementation, service levels and adherence to T-Mobile's contractual obligations.
- Provide escalations to vendors for all operational issues. Determine vendor key performance indicators and trends. Help determine ways to improve service reliability and reduce cost.

- Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, Engineering (Required)Work Experience:
- 7-10 years Telecommunications/Wireless Industry - experience in the areas of Engineering, Finance or Carrier Management desired or equivalent combination of education and experience.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
