Together, we won't stop!In this role you are responsible for the comprehensive marketing strategy designed to optimize revenue growth from our existing TFB SMB customers. This role will define, develop, and lead revenue generating marketing strategies, campaigns and programs encompassing a variety of tactics aligning to line of business priorities. Strategic partnership with CRM, channel operations, Go-To-Market, product, analytics, finance, and field account teams is a must. An understanding of line of business and company goals, as well as the ability to articulate and positively orchestrate sophisticated marketing plans and supporting tactics across multiple channels and segments are critical for success. In addition, this position will orchestrate the creation of marketing creative that emphasizes a compelling value prop and adheres to brand standards. This opportunity is a challenging and exciting role for an expert marketing leader with a passion for building comprehensive and complex capabilities and leading cross-functionally across the organization.Job Responsibilities: - Develops and implements marketing plans and business cases for the communication and distribution of products and services.
- Prepares recommendations for annual business plans and strategies as well tactical plans.
- Partners with creative merchandising and advertising along with the agencies on creation of elite advertising and collateral to develop best value propositions and overall marketing calendar elements.
- Partners with marketing planning and analysis on potential promotion/pricing strategies; business tracking and analysis; partners with Consumer Insights on consumer understanding, and with the product management team on product roadmap.
- The role requires strong cross functional partnership across the enterprise; specifically with sales, product management and web strategy operations leadership to ensure detailed execution and to build one look and feel for T-Mobile products and services.
- Responsible for identifying market size, preparation of business plans, and assists in pricing recommendations for the defined Marketing and service portfolio.
- Leads all marketing communication and distribution plans to include tracking of results.
- Prepares presentations for various audiences ranging from peers to executive level.Additional skills and experience:
- Understanding of B2B marketing tactics, segments and customer lifecycle
- Familiarity with T-Mobile for Business value added services portfolio
- Familiarity with SFDC and other Marketing automation capabilities
- Strong project/program management skills
- Understanding of business reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SFDC, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to present to an executive audienceEducation:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalentWork Experience:
- 7-10 years Marketing experience.
- demonstrated ability in one or more of the following categories: software/hardware, web, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or consumer packaged goods, with a focus on Marketing, Product Management or Sales.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
