We are currently seeking positive, upbeat, outgoing candidates for the position of Adult Case Manager (CM). As a Case Manager, you will make a difference each day helping individuals with a Severe and Persistent Mental Illness or Severe Mental Illness to live full lives, by helping individuals learn how to manage their mental illness. Helping link them to resources that may help them be successful in living independently. These services are provided in both agency and community settings.
