General SummaryDirects and coordinates regional sales activities within the North Central region of the United States. This role will be managing a regional based business as well as owning some national accounts. Selling our Main Street Bistro brand and some seafood products into meat departments.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesDirects and coordinates regional sales activities by calling on meat departments.Manages retail platformsDetermines sales strategies and goals for customer accounts.Evaluates product and service marketability in terms of customer needs.Follows up on sales leads and establishes new customer accounts.Manages broker networks by maintaining contact with account representatives.Manages and budgets for regional expenses.Plans and oversees new product launches.Job Specifications3-5 years sales experience in the food industry is required.Experience managing key accounts and local retailersHigh School Degree or equivalent is required.Bachelor's Degree in Business is preferred.Basic PC skills are required.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Working ConditionsRemote/Office environment.Travel up to 50% of the time.Recipe for SuccessReser's is the leading provider of fresh refrigerated deli salads, side dishes, and prepared foods for the supermarket, club store, and food service industries.
