We are looking for new team members with impeccable communication and time management skills to ensure the healthcare team is aware of patient needs and facilitate the appropriate follow-up. About this unit: - Newly outfitted unit opened January 2023
- 32 bed Orthopedic & Spine Specialty unit -committed to the care of post-operative patients
- Well establish care team consisting of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, patient care techs, clinical nurse coordinators, and unit secretaries
- Supportive nurse leaders, experienced leads, joint navigators, and exceptional physician support
- Patient-centered therapy gym located in department to allow for close collaboration with our therapy team -Responsibilities:
- Under the general direction of the Nursing Director or Manager, Registered Nurse (RN) coordinates and provides patient care and assumes individual responsibility and accountability for the provision of nursing care.
- Nursing care is provided in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, applicable state Nursing Practice Acts, ANA Standards of Practice, and the generic and unit structure standards. -What Qualifications You Will Need: -
