What Product Systems Analysis contributes to Cardinal Health

Commercial Technologies manages the enterprise's portfolio of commercial technologies to maximize the business value of the technologies and enhance the customer experience. This function creates strategies for the portfolio and innovative solutions based on relationships with business leaders, develops back-end solutions and capabilities, and improves the front-end experience.

Product System Analysis serves as a liaison between the business and IT to align product strategies and capabilities, also providing technical business specifications to IT. This job family identifies and analyzes product needs, defines requirements, objectives, and participates in the solutions making process. This job family optimize business processes by leveraging the functionality of the technology and product solution.

Responsibilities

Conducting thorough research and analysis of product systems, including reviewing and interpreting technical specifications and user requirements

Identifying and recommending solutions for product system improvements

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement

Developing and maintaining documentation for product systems, including user manuals, technical specifications, and change management plans

Continuously monitoring product systems performance and identifying areas for improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field, preferred

2-4 years of related experience preferred

Prior experience with administration or configuration of SalesForce.com or active role in the support/management of a third-party SaaS tool would be beneficial to success in this role

Demonstrated ability to engage and build trusted relationships with both technical and non-technical audiences

Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity

Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes action to resolve

Applies judgment within defined parameters

Receives general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projects

Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy

Anticipated salary range: $66,500 - $85,500
