- 30-hour NP/PA coverage

Requirements - Active State Medical License, CDS, & DEA (with IA address)
- Board Certified in ABEM, ABFM, or ABIM (or osteopathic counterparts)
- Residency trained in Specialty Certified in
- ACLS, ATLS, & PALS certifications
- If ABEM, need current ACLS and one-time proof of ATLS
