Job Description Dermatologist/Mohs Surgeon (BC/BE) - Fort Atkinson, WI Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite) Practice Setting: Outpatient Dermatology Clinic Schedule: Full-Time | 36 Patient Contact Hours per Week | 1 Administrative Day Job Summary: We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist or Mohs Surgeon to join a well-established, multi-specialty medical group in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. This opportunity is ideal for physicians interested in a high-volume outpatient dermatology practice supported by a collaborative, physician-led organization. The dermatologist will provide comprehensive medical and procedural dermatology services while working closely with primary care providers and specialty colleagues to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive outpatient dermatology care, including medical and procedural services. Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of dermatologic conditions. Perform dermatologic procedures; Mohs surgery experience preferred but not required. Manage an average of 28-32 outpatient visits per day. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive skin care. Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the EMR. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical collaboration activities. Qualifications: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO). Completion of an ACGME-accredited Dermatology residency program. Board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology; Mohs fellowship a plus. Active Wisconsin medical license or ability to obtain. Strong clinical, procedural, and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities. Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
