Job Description ENT Opening - Mason City, Iowa - 80 miles from Waterloo*$478,149 base salary call pay bonusRVU = $65.26*Position Details: - Full-time, permanent position - Join the team of 5 physicians - 1:6 call expectation, with opportunity for excess call $ - Operate with DaVinci Robot XI - Workweek consists of both clinic & surgery days - Average 25 OR cases/month per provider; average 30-35 clinic visits/day - Perform surgeries at a 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital connected to the clinic, as well as the Ambulatory Surgery Center, also located on the same campus - Weekly outreach at one of our 7 critical access hospitals in our 14-county network - Primary Service Area- ~260,000 people - Level III Trauma Center with helicopter service Hospital services:Medical center is a level II regional referral trauma center. It is a faith-based, not-for-profit community health care system.
