MercyOne North Iowa is a clinical training site for approximately 500 students from 127 different colleges enrolled in programs for medical laboratory, nursing, paramedic, rehabilitation, medical assistants, pastoral services, physicians and many other medical fields. This position is eligible for relocation depending on location Schedule : Evenings 40 hours a week Responsibilities: Efficient interpretation of clinical information from clinical team meeting radiology needs of patients. Thorough and accurate imaging technique for patient positioning respective to the order. Hyper-sensitivity in monitoring radiation exposure time and activity. Routinely apply sterile techniques and quality safety practices for patients, teammates, and yourself. Mechanical aptitude and confidence troubleshooting, calibrating, and maintaining radiology equipment to avoid equipment failures. Qualifications: Successful completion of an accredited two-year Radiologic Technology program (ARRT or NMTCB). Previous CT experience preferred. CT credential (ARRT or NMTCB) preferred. Maintains active registry status. Maintains current state of employment Permit to Practice Radiology Technologist License Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to population served within three (3) months of hire.
