Clean Harbors, a leader in North America for environmental, energy, and industrial services, is seeking a dedicated CDL B Sales & Service Rep. This role involves direct customer interactions and operational responsibilities, ensuring the safe and compliant transport and disposal of hazardous materials. The candidate will contribute to our mission of maintaining a safe, sustainable environment by facilitating our comprehensive service offerings, including emergency spill response and industrial cleaning. Operate Class B vehicles for the transportation of hazardous materials in compliance with company policies and DOT regulations. Manage on-site customer interactions, including the collection and documentation of waste characterization and container requirements. Ensure the safe loading, unloading, and sorting of hazardous and non-hazardous materials. Conduct sales and service support, proactively identifying additional services beneficial to the customer. Maintain accurate records of service and sales activities, including logs, reports, and time sheets. Perform daily inspections on vehicles and equipment, ensuring operational safety and reliability. Ability to operate Class B vehicles Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Knowledgeable in DOT regulations and safety compliance Adept in safe handling and management of hazardous materials Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid CDL B license with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements DOT physical certification OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) certification (preferred but not required) More...
